So I got a call today from my Starbucks boss and well... I've been let go. That's right they let me go before I even started, not one free bag of coffee came my way UHG! He said he got word from the higher ups that he is to absorb some of the other partners who may need hours due to store closers etc. before he hires on new partners.
Actually, this kind of comes as a relief to me. I do want to work there some day but I'm just not sure I want to quite yet. The boys are still so small and I would have to work opposite David's schedule and we are such quality time people that well we get a little cranky when we don't get it.
So I believe the Lord was looking out for us there and I will do my best to appreciate this stage in life where I get to stay at home, cook, clean, workout, volunteer, play, etc.
OH, and any ideas on MAN gifts or stocking stuffers?
